Seventh Graders Hone Digital Skills with Micro:bits

Seventh graders learned to code using Micro:bit, a small microprocessor that introduces students to how software and hardware work together. Using Microsoft MakeCode (block coding, Python and Javascript languages) the students used their Micro:bit kits to create items such as a fitness tracker, timer, digital clock, and a meditation guide, while others programmed theirs for game-play and to play music.
